Description: These Colors are a great way to add decorative cosmetic products including lipsticks & face makeups, personal care products, soaps (USA and EU approved for use: Lips, Eyes, and Face).
They are specially formulated to be extremely concentrated, meaning you only need a few drops. Gluten Free and Vegan. Viscous liquid, odorless. Water-insoluble, oil-dispersible.

Applications: Decorative cosmetic products including foundations, Soaps, Mascaras, eyeliners, brush-on-brow, lipsticks, lip gloss, lip balm, and any other oil based formulas.
Use: Use level 0.1 - 20%. Can be tinted with oil-dispersed titanium dioxide to create lighter shades or other oil-dispersed colors. Add color to base, drop-by-drop. Use amount as desired. Adding more drops will produce a darker color. External use only.
MIX WELL FOR 1-2 MINUTES BEFORE USE. Contents may have settled.
