Himalayan Single Clove Garlic or the Snow Garlic or mountain garlic or the Kashmiri Garlic (as this is found commonly in the Kashmir region of India). This garlic is different from regular garlic, small pointy somewhat lotus-like structure with a hard surface and pungent smell.
