• TRADITIONAL METHOD: Healthy Fibres’ A2 cow ghee is prepared by traditional Bilona method of Indian breed Gir A2 Desi cow’s milk. The milk is boiled, cooled at appropriate temperature, cultured with curds and kept overnight for conversion into whole curd. The curd is then churned to derive the butter, which is further heated and melted traditionally.

Healthy Fibres A2 Desi Ghee is prepared by traditional method, We make A2 Desi Cow Ghee through curd Churning method. Unlike regular milk, A2 milk contains only A2 beta-casein protein.
